These crepes aka Polish Naleśniki z twarogiem i śmietaną were the staple of my childhood growing up in Poland. However, there's no need for eggs or dairy to make them, and these vegan crepes recipe will taste EXACTLY the same, if not better! We would have them occasionally for dinner, as it's low cost meal rather than breakfast. However, this meal, whilst high in protein, is also high in sugar, about 1 tbsp per person for 2 crepe servings, so it's not something I'd recommend too often. My kids love them, and of course, I do too! I hope you love them too 😋
