馃摑 Polish Sour Cucumbers Soup / Zupa Og贸rkowa Przepis
1 jar Polish Sour Gherkins / Cucumbers, available in most large supermarkets in UK or in Polish shops
3-4 large potatoes
3 carrots
1 parsnip
2 celery sticks
2 tsp universal vegetable seasoning, I use Kucharek (see my Kit below)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dry dill
Whilst Babcia may have believed that you need animal fat to cook soups with, we now know that it clogs our arteries and leads to heart issues. So save yourself from living on medication and switch to cooking healthy soups like this. Your heart will thank you ❤️ and your waistline will approve too.
