📝 Best Ever Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe:
300ml unsweetened soy milk
150ml sunflower oil - can replace with applesauce or 50/50
1 tsp instant coffee
4 tbsp cocoa powder or carob powder
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarb soda
150g sugar (can reduce to 100g)
2x20cm loose bottom pans
ready made vegan icing (e.g. Lidl own brand)
vegan dark chocolate to decorate (e.g. Lidl dark cooking chocolate)
I bought all my cake ingredients from Aldi & Lidl, so the cost of this cake is way less than ready made vegan cakes.
