I thought was living healthy (got milk?) and it nearly killed me. Going plant-based was a no-brainer.
Vegan deterioration is a myth.
You CAN be a healthy happy vegan if you do it RIGHT.
Since my breast cancer diagnosis at 44, I have spent endless hours reading up on what is causing cancer. Cancer is now becoming very common. 1 in 2 of us in our lifetime will receive cancer diagnosis. Whether you believe that a healthy diet can prevent cancer, or not (there's plenty of studies that show that it can significantly reduce the risk), I believe that dairy caused my breast cancer. This experience has led me to become a healthy eating campaigner, vlogger and YouTuber, and I have been living a healthy plant based lifestyle since 2019.
My mission is to show you how easy & cheap it is to live off plants (it does NOT mean eating grass 😂). In my easy to follow videos, I will show you step by step mouth watering everyday meals, but vegan, so you can nourish your cells and help reduce risk of preventable diseases. You CAN cook amazing dishes without eggs, dairy or animal products and not be deprived of anything. The future 🌎 is plant based. It doesn't matter if you are vegan for health, vegan for animals, or vegan for the planet. As long as you are plant-based most of the time, you're on the right path. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle.
